I think it was the boy falling off the boogie board that led to this image of the boy underwater after falling in. The sea surface was made with rendered clouds and the bas relief filter. The rays of light were made with a motion blur on a copy of the waves and the layer distorted into a fan and set to a blend mode of screen. The bubbles are several layers of water drops from the Eye Candy filter set.
