The eagle flanked shield behind the center goddess caught my eye and I decided to reconstruct it. From what is visible, it appears to have the thirteen stars and stripes representing the original US states, so that's what I put together. I added some noise, a symmetrical gradient, a bevel and a drop shadow, then put the shield on a red, white and blue background with the Latin motto: 'From the many, one'. The font is Trajan Pro.
