This image reuses the ship from the first image. I changed the viewing angle with the transform>perspective tool and added some foam along the water line. The lightning bolt in the background is from a stock photo. The mist is two layers of render>clouds. The overall look comes from using angled strokes of a rough round brush in white on an otherwise black layer mask of a composite of the main layers.
