I selected the areas of red, white and flesh tones separately and set them against a black background, then used the transform tools to straighten up the image. I filled in areas covered by paint boxes and the artist's hand, duplicating the fingers of Santa's hand. The text is from Clement Moore's, "A Visit from Saint Nicholas".
