The crack in the Liberty Bell undoubtedly contributed here. The grass is made with brushes, the rabbit is a Photo Object and the other plants and flowers are extracted from stock photos. The overall look comes from application of the poster edges and cutout filters, blended with the original at about 50% opacity.
