I wanted to capture the look of a sketch that has been tinted using watercolors. I started by drawing the outlines of the gravestones with a rough brush on a new layer. This was then combined with lines from the Smart Blur Edge Only filter. I used the cutout filter on a copy of the original and then placed it under the sketch and blurred the image. The tree on the right was re-positioned to provide a natural frame.
