I'm not sure if the alliterative possibilities of butterflies and bubbles led to this image or not. Possibly burlesque and Lawrence Welk fit into the equation somewhere, too. In any case, here I filled the shaded dancer outline with a bubble pattern and added an outer glow layer style. I used the EyeCandy water drop filter to create bubbles on two different layers that were then selectively masked to produce the sinuous streams of bubbles. A color adjustment layer and a layer of Render>Clouds were used to fill in the background.
